Situated on an elevated block just a few blocks back from Bondi Beach, this substantial renovation project transformed an existing home into a modern family haven. Through a series of thoughtful alterations and additions, the design was tailored to meet the needs of a growing young family, blending functionality with contemporary aesthetics.

In the signature style of Deuchrass Architects, the home features robust concrete construction paired with striking contemporary black cladding. Planted roof edges with draping greenery soften the exterior and seamlessly connect the home with its natural surroundings.

The main bedroom suite was also revamped with a new colour palette, with a new low-planted rooftop garden also added to enhance the room’s outlook. A pool was also added to the rear of the property for the ultimate in family-friendly living and entertaining.
