Mosman House

This beautifully positioned home, offering distant views of the harbour, underwent a rear extension that dramatically transformed the space, uplifting the existing structure with thoughtful alterations and additions.  

The design embraced a modern Mediterranean aesthetic, featuring elegant arched doors and other designs elements that evoke the timeless beauty and warmth of Mediterranean architecture. Lush greenery and rooftop planting was also used to incorporate natural elements into the home’s design.

Generous terrace spaces and cascading steps leading down to the pool area were also used to create seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living areas, whilst enhancing the home’s outdoor spaces to create the ultimate harbourside retreat.
