Located in Balgowlah Heights, this substantial alterations and additions project is a balance between a coastal style retreat and a contemporary refined home. The design integrates the charm of a coastal style retreat with a polished and sophisticated residential architectural design. Notable highlights include a newly added swimming pool, expansive outdoor space, a lower cinema room and a luxurious master suite located on the upper level.
