Balgowlah Heights House

This project involves a number of substantial alterations and additions being made to this Balgowlah Heights home. A number of existing areas were renovated throughout the home, whilst also reimagining several areas into completely new spaces. 

The objective was to pay homage to the home’s proximity to the harbour, through a new design that integrated the charm of a coastal style retreat with the polished and sophisticated style of contemporary architecture. This was reflected through the renovation and redesign of key areas throughout the home, including the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms. A coastal-style colour palette and design features were used enhance the home’s look and feel, whilst creating spaces with modern family living in mind.

Other notable additions made to this property included a new swimming pool, cinema room on the lower level, and luxurious master suite on the upper level. The home’s expansive outdoor space was also transformed, creating a coastal oasis ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
